You may close your php828 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR.
